Website Design Tips: Engage Your Customers

When you go to a place where you’ve never been before don’t you like to get engaged. Touching things, trying them on, sit in them, etc. The more they let you get familiar with the things in the store the more likely you will want to come back another time.

This is true for websites too. People like to get engaged.

Do a simple poll, let your customers voice their opinion or have them look at a short video. If your poll was interesting enough people will come back in a couple of days to check the results. They will come back to follow up on responses and comments and will refer the page to others if they find it interesting enough.

Find ways for your clients to interact with your site, other readers and you.
